David Banks

David C. Banks is the current Chancellor at the NYC Department of Education, having previously served as the President & CEO of The Eagle Academy Foundation, Inc. and as the Founding Principal of The Eagle Academy for Young Men. David C. also authored a book titled "In Soar" during their time at Simon and Schuster Books. David has a Juris Doctorate in Law from St. John's University School of Law.
