Dawn Pinnock

Dawn Pinnock has been involved in various roles within the City of New York, serving as Co-Chair of the Pay Equity Cabinet since October 2021. Prior to this, Dawn has held positions such as Commissioner, Acting Commissioner, and Executive Deputy Commissioner at the NYC Citywide Administrative Services. Their work focuses on addressing pay inequity across the City and providing effective shared services to support operations in New York City.
