Dawn Pinnock

Dawn Pinnock is the Commissioner of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services for the City of New York. Dawn previously worked for NYC Citywide Administrative Services.

After completing their Bachelor of Business Administration at Baruch College, Dawn Pinnock went on to earn their Master of Science at The New School.

They work with Dave A. Chokshi - Commissioner, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Nancy G. Chaffetz - Commissioner and Chair, Civil Services Commision, and Jason Graham - Chief Medical Examiner. Their manager is Eric L. Adams, Mayor.
