Daniela Gruver (Beserra), MA, IPMA-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Technician for the City of Newton since August 2023. Previously, Daniela held the position of Remote Human Resources Administrator at SellersFi, where daily HR support was provided for a workforce of over 120 global employees. Daniela's experience includes serving as a Human Resources Administrator at FedEx Ground, overseeing HR functions for a distribution center with over 250 employees. As a Human Resources Manager at ZRODelta, management of a startup HR department was undertaken, along with the establishment of processes aligned with business strategies. Additional roles included Field Support Associate at Maxim Healthcare Services and Community Health Worker at Mary's Center, complemented by academic qualifications that include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Liberty University.
