Dr. Randy Patrick

City Manager at City of North Battleford

Dr. Randy Patrick currently serves as the City Manager for the City of North Battleford since July 2018. Previously, Dr. Patrick held positions as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Chestermere from July 2012 to June 2017, and Regional Enterprise Manager at Enterprise Saskatchewan from October 2011 to July 2012, with a focus on regional economic development. Additional experience includes serving as City Manager for the City of Thompson and Director of Hydro Operations at Northwest Territories Power Corporation. Dr. Patrick's extensive educational background includes degrees in Strategic Leadership, Leadership, Business, Marketing and Management, along with several certifications in Local Government administration and Emergency Management, most recently pursuing a Master of Emergency Management from Royal Roads University.
