Kara McLaughlin

Kara McLaughlin is a Coalition Coordinator at the City of Northampton. Formerly an Independent Contractor, Kara worked as a Restorative Practices Trainer for various educational institutions. Kara also served as the Board Chair at Restorative Justice of Western Massachusetts and held leadership positions at organizations such as the Opioid Task Force and the Anti-Defamation League. Kara has extensive experience in project management, curriculum development, and conflict resolution, with a background in Intercultural Relations and American Studies.
