Cole Neubauer

Cole Neubauer is a dedicated law enforcement professional with a diverse background in security and policing. Currently serving as a Police Officer for the City of Northfield since December 2022, Cole also holds the position of Intelligence Specialist with the U.S. Navy Reserve, contributing to the creation of impactful analytical reports for senior government leadership. Previous roles include Protective Security Officer with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Reserve Officer with the St. Anthony Police Department, where Cole enhanced community safety and supported full-time officers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement from Metro State University, complemented by various security and police roles across multiple organizations.
