Patrick Berge

Patrick Berge has a diverse range of work experience. Patrick worked as the Director of Public Works for the City of Oak Ridge since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Utility Manager for the same city from January 2018 to September 2021. Before joining the City of Oak Ridge, Patrick worked as an Associate Engineer for the City of Lincoln, NE, from March 2015 to January 2018. Patrick also worked as an Environmental Program Specialist II for the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality from August 2011 to March 2015. Additionally, Patrick served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee from August 2005 to July 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Engineer I for the Knoxville Utilities Board from September 2006 to September 2009.

Patrick Berge attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. Patrick then pursued further education at the same university and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Engineering from 2005 to 2006.
