Charles Hurst

Charles Hurst began their work experience as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Odessa, Texas in August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Professional for CRH Consulting from March 2020 to August 2020. From July 2010 to March 2020, they served as the HR Director for Peak Completion Technologies, Inc. Before that, they held various roles at Telvista, including HR Director from August 2009 to July 2010 and HR Manager from September 2007 to August 2009. Charles'searliest known position was as the Director of HR for Alliance Hospital from an unknown start date in 2004 to 2007.

Charles Hurst holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from The University of Texas Permian Basin. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including IPMA-SCP from IPMA-HR in December 2021, SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in October 2019, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in October 2015.
