Justin Randall has a work experience in urban planning and community development. Justin started their career in 2006 as a Planner I for Jefferson County, Missouri, and later moved on to become a Planner II. In 2013, they joined the City of O'Fallon, Illinois, where they served as a Senior Planner before being promoted to Assistant Director of Community Development. Currently, they hold the position of Community Development Director in the same company.
Justin Randall graduated from Ball State University in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Development, with a focus on City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning. Justin later pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Indiana State University, completing it in 2013. In 2014, they obtained a certification as an AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) Certified professional.
