William Sullivan

William Sullivan is currently a Performance Management Analyst at the City of Olympia, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, William served as a Research Analyst at the Institute for Policy Research & Engagement from July 2020 to June 2023, conducting research on various infrastructure and community issues in Oregon. William's experience includes a Kincaid Public Administration Internship at the City of Lake Oswego, where collaboration with the City Attorney's Office focused on inclusivity in contracting rules, as well as work as a Community Development & Outreach Coordinator for Falls City, where William founded a nonprofit dedicated to community issues. Earlier roles included Program Support Associate at EL Education, Inc., overseeing educational publications and events, and a tenure as an English Literacy Resource Teacher with the Peace Corps. William holds a Master of Public Administration in Local Government Management from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's Degree in History from New York University.
