Jordan Villwock

Jordan Villwock currently serves as the Management Services Director for the City of Ontario, providing high-level support within the City's Executive Team and leading the Innovation, Performance and Audit Department. Previously held the position of Fire Administrative Director, managing a $81 million budget and overseeing a bureau of 35 professionals. In addition to municipal roles, Jordan is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Missouri, teaching courses in Crisis and Disaster Management. Past experience includes positions as Emergency Operations Coordinator and Senior Public Safety Dispatcher with the City of Laguna Beach, along with serving as an Adjunct Criminal Justice Instructor at Golden West College. Educational qualifications comprise an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Science in Emergency Service Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Concordia University Irvine.
