Melissa Sebastian, CPRP, serves as the Aquatic and Recreation Manager for the City of Oregon City since June 2017, overseeing the indoor aquatics facility and historic house museum while providing leadership for various recreation programs and events. Prior roles at the City of Oregon City include Recreation Programmer and Office Specialist 2, where responsibilities ranged from program development to front office management. Early career experience includes serving as Head Guard/Facility Coordinator and a position as a Team Member at Google, contributing to local event ratings. Melissa holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Portland State University and an Associate's degree in Business from Clackamas Community College.
