Joyce Shanahan

Joyce Shanahan serves as the City Manager for the City of Ormond Beach since February 2009, following a tenure as City Manager for the City of Fort Walton Beach from November 1997 to January 2009. Educationally, Joyce Shanahan holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
