Kristin Young

Kristin Young has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to the present. Kristin began their career as a Jr. Cost Accountant at Childers Products Co., Inc. in December 1996 and worked there until March 2000. Kristin then held the position of Bookkeeper at CBIZ from March 2000 to November 2000. From November 2000 to July 2002, they worked as a Jr. Accountant at TT Electronics Integrated Manufacturing Services. Since July 2002, Kristin has been with the City of Painesville, starting as a Fiscal Clerk II - Human Resources and progressing to higher roles such as Fiscal Clerk III - Human Resources, Human Resources Supervisor, and their current position as the Human Resources Director, which they have held since June 2020.
