Liberty Urban, CPA

Liberty Urban, CPA, has a diverse work experience history starting in 2005 with Chase Bank as a Lead Teller. In 2012, Liberty transitioned to MCCS as a Financial Technician Supervisor until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Liberty worked as a Staff II Accountant at Maryanov Madsen Gordon & Campbell. Following that, Liberty joined the City of Indio as an Accountant, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, Liberty holds the position of Accounting Manager at the City of Palm Desert.

Liberty Urban, CPA pursued a solid educational foundation to excel in the field of accounting and finance. Starting in 2007, they attended Copper Mountain Community College, where they obtained an A.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Economics in 2012. Following this, Liberty pursued a B.A. in Administration with an Accounting Concentration at California State University, San Bernardino, from 2010 to 2012. Building upon their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance from the University of Redlands, graduating in 2017. In addition to their comprehensive education, Liberty also holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California Board of Accountancy.
