Pietro Difranco

Pietro DiFranco is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in site development, storm water management, sustainability, and municipal engineering. Since June 1997, Pietro has served as Principal and Director of Civil Engineering at Richard L. Bowen + Associates, Inc., focusing on planning, design, and construction management. In addition to this role, Pietro is the City Engineer for the City of Parma Heights and the City of Willoughby Hills, where responsibilities include planning and zoning code administration, as well as construction management for the City of North Olmsted from August 2006 to January 2023. Pietro's earlier experience includes a structural engineering internship at Comm Steel, Inc. and a civil engineering and surveying internship at Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University, along with certificates in Land Surveying and Real Estate Law.
