Trisha Tucker

Trisha Tucker is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Pasadena since May 2023, specializing in Employee Relations and Training. Prior to this role, Trisha held the position of Principal Employee Relations Specialist at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and worked in various capacities within the City of Pasadena, including Principal Analyst and Senior Human Resources Analyst. Experience also includes significant roles at the Los Angeles County Department of Human Resources, where Trisha advanced from Human Resources Analyst IV to Deputy Compliance Officer, as well as prior advocacy positions in different Los Angeles County departments.
