Ty Lewis

Ty Lewis has extensive experience in municipal management and law enforcement, currently serving as City Manager for the City of Paso Robles since March 2002, where previous roles included Chief of Police and Operations Commander. Prior roles included Police Officer in Bakersfield and Porterville, where responsibilities encompassed patrol duties, civil disturbance response, and detective work. Academically, Lewis holds a Master of Science in Administration from California State University, Bakersfield, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Additional credentials include completion of the P.O.S.T. Command College and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Paragon BJJ - SLO.
