Steven Collyer, RPP, MCIP, currently serves as the Housing and Policy Initiatives Manager for the City of Penticton, where responsibilities include leading housing-related initiatives and planning for community development. Prior experience includes various planning roles at Norfolk County, where Steven managed diverse planning projects and engaged with the public on zoning and development applications. Additional roles held at Dalhousie University and Grand Erie District School Board involved collaborating on planning and GIS-related projects. Steven holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning and Sustainability from Dalhousie University, complemented by a recent completion of the MATI School for Approving Officers program.
