Paul Oberdorfer serves as the City Manager for the City of Piqua since January 2021. Previously, Paul held the position of Deputy City Manager for the City of Charlottesville from February 2017 to January 2021, where oversight included a $102 million operating budget and a $128 million capital-funded portfolio across various departments. Prior roles include Director of Public Works and Director of Public Service in cities such as Charlottesville and Green, Ohio, respectively, where Paul managed significant operating budgets and capital funding while overseeing multiple divisions and teams. Earlier experience with the Ohio Department of Transportation as Facility Manager involved managing substantial assets and personnel. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Malone University.
