Jeffrey Mansfield, PE, CFM has extensive work experience in public works and engineering. Jeffrey began their career in 1989 as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the US Air Force Reserve and later became Superintendent of the Civil Engineering Flight. In 2002, they joined Keller Associates, Inc. as a Lead Designer and later became a Project Engineer. In 2014, they joined the City of Pocatello as a Project Engineer and subsequently served as Senior Engineer and Public Works Director & City Engineer.
