Keren Ceballos

Keren Ceballos has extensive experience in financial and business operations, currently serving as the Business Operations and Finance Chief for Public Safety at the City of Portland since 2016. In this role, Keren directs the financial operations for various public safety bureaus, including Police and Emergency Communications - 911, while actively participating in the Leadership Team. Previously, Keren held multiple positions within the City of Gresham, where responsibilities included managing retirement plans and civil rights programs, as well as serving as a Management Analyst. Before that, Keren was the Budget Director at Portland State University, overseeing a significant budget and enhancing team performance. Keren's earlier experience includes financial analysis roles at Intel Corporation and Key Bank. Keren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Portland State University.
