Cathy Anderson

Cathy Anderson is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as the Economic Development & Housing Manager and Neighborhood Investment Manager for the City of Racine since August 2022. Prior to this role, Cathy held positions including Economic Development Executive Director for the City of Whitewater and Executive Director for the City of Granite Falls Economic Development Authority. Additionally, Cathy has experience as Executive Assistant for the Walworth County Economic Development Alliance and has been involved in various initiatives, such as Leadership Walworth and the Alpine Bierfest. With a background in business, history, and psychology, Cathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Columbia College.
