Craig Swalchick

Craig Swalchick is the owner of QuickSeal Coating, providing exceptional asphalt sealing services throughout the metro area since 2023. Currently serving as a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Ramsey and as the owner of QuickTurn Property Services LLC, which specializes in hoarding response, unclaimed freight, and estate liquidation since 2015. Craig has previously held positions such as Senior Code Enforcement Technician for the City of Eagan, Housing and Code Enforcement Official for the cities of Robbinsdale and Mounds View, and Patrol Officer at an unnamed location. Craig's educational background includes studies at North Hennepin Community College, Century College, Hennepin Technical College, Iowa State University, and St. Cloud State University.
