Beth Lindauer

Beth Lindauer is an experienced professional in community development and economic growth. Currently serving as the Community Development Director for the City of Red Bluff since March 2023, Beth previously held the position of Special Project Manager at the Superior California Economic Development District from June 2021 to March 2023, where efforts focused on enhancing opportunities and resilience in multiple counties. Earlier roles include Community Impact Manager at United Way of Northern California, Direct Services Supervisor for Economic Mobility at Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency, and Outreach and Prevention Educator at One Safe Place Shasta. Beth's career began as a Regional Audit Analyst at Dignity Health, where work spanned from April 2004 to January 2017.
