Kaitlyn Featherstone

Kaitlyn Featherstone is an experienced professional actively involved in various community-focused initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member for the School of Environmental Studies Education Foundation, Kaitlyn works to support high academic standards and innovative projects within the education sector. As a member of the Red Wing Human Rights Commission, Kaitlyn advocates for equal participation and opportunities for all residents. Past roles include Community Impact Manager at United Way, Community Organizer with Clean Water Action, and Assistant Teacher at Woodpark Montessori, demonstrating a commitment to education and social impact. Kaitlyn also gained experience in advocacy and communications through internships with organizations such as the League of Women Voters Minnesota and World Without Genocide. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from St. Catherine University and an Associate of Arts from Normandale Community College.
