Kisha McDonald, MA, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for the City of Redlands since September 2024, Kisha previously held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations and Compliance at California State University-San Bernardino from March 2024 to September 2024.
