Manny Becerra

Manny Becerra currently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Reno, advising on physical planning and economic development. As the Founder and Director of Bristlecone Labs, Manny focuses on innovation and community engagement. Previously at Tesla, Manny contributed to product and digital innovation, collaborating across various disciplines to promote sustainable energy. Manny co-founded the 720 Community Space, fostering artistic collaboration in Midtown Reno, and led PACE Creative Media Co. in creating impactful digital products for local businesses and non-profits. Earlier experience includes roles in web services at Truckee Meadows Community College and as a certified K-12 substitute teacher with Washoe County School District. Education was completed at the University of Nevada, Reno.
