Terri Hill has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Terri worked as an HR Director at the City of Rexburg since 2016. Prior to that, they were a Human Resource Manager at BBSI for almost 18 years, from 1998 to 2016. Terri also worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Keystone Consulting from 2004 to 2006, and as a Human Resource Director at EmPro Professional Services from 1998 to 2004. The City of Rexburg is America’s Family Community and home to BYU-Idaho, two hours southwest of Yellowstone National Park. Family comes in many forms so we don’t seek to define the family. The city offices handle tax, zoning, legal, economic development, utilities, community programming, and other financial and administrative services for the community. The Rexburg government is operated through a Mayor/Council system. The city was incorporated in 1883.
