Joe Powers P.e.

Joe Powers, P.E. currently serves as City Engineer for the City of Richfield, a position held since December 2019, after previously working as Assistant City Engineer. Before joining the City of Richfield, Joe Powers worked as Project Engineer for the City of Lakeville from November 2017 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as Civil Engineer and Engineering Technician for the Village of Oak Park from April 2014 to November 2017, as well as Engineer positions at CB&I and Shaw Environmental, Inc. from 2008 to 2014, concentrating on solid waste planning, design, permitting, and environmental remediation. Joe Powers obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 2008.
