Mandy Wallner

Mandy Wallner, MBA, has extensive experience in economic development, event management, and consulting. Currently serving as Economic Development Manager for the City of Richland since September 2018, Mandy previously held various roles including Marketing Specialist-Economic Development. With a significant tenure as President of Silver Lining Consulting and Events, Mandy provided small business services and event planning solutions. As Event/Project Manager for Trios Foundation from February 2007 to September 2018, responsibilities included managing major projects, budgets, and community representation. Additional roles at Iron Mountain Management, Lamb Weston, Hapo Community Credit Union, and Ben Bridge Jeweler have further developed Mandy's skills in operations, logistics, finance, and client relations. Mandy holds an MBA in Management and HR, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources, and an Associate's Degree in General Studies with Business Emphasis from Washington State University and Columbia Basin College.
