Lincoln Saunders

Lincoln Saunders is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Richmond, Virginia. Prior to this role, Lincoln held various positions such as Chief of Staff to the First Lady and Policy Advisor for the Commonwealth of Virginia, Director of Public Affairs at Green B.E.A.N. Delivery, and Finance Director for the Democratic Party of Virginia. Lincoln also has experience in political campaign finance and government affairs. Lincoln holds a Masters of Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from William & Mary.
