Kim MacKie

Kim Mackie has extensive experience in parking program management and customer service within municipal government settings, currently serving as a retired professional in community bylaws with the City of Richmond since June 2021. Previously, Kim Mackie held multiple positions at the City of Vancouver from January 1988 to present, culminating as a Parking Programs Supervisor responsible for overseeing residential parking programs, meter management, and car share initiatives.
