Eric Loftus has been serving as an Engineering Technician at Rochester Public Works since April 2004 and concurrently holds the same position with the City of Rochester, Minnesota. With nearly two decades of experience in engineering and public works, Eric Loftus has developed a strong expertise in technical aspects of municipal engineering projects.
