Blandon Granger is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Supervisor of Real Estate Services at SMUD since October 2006, Blandon oversees the real estate activities for the nation's sixth-largest publicly owned electric utility, managing a substantial real estate portfolio and an annual budget exceeding $1 million. In addition, Blandon serves as a Commissioner for the City of Roseville Public Utilities Commission, providing policy recommendations related to various utilities. Blandon is also a Senior Member of the International Right of Way Association, contributing to professional development and ethics within the field. Previous roles include Real Property Agent for the City of Sacramento and Real Estate Analyst for Sacramento Regional Transit. Blandon holds dual BA degrees in Geography from San Jose State University and the University of Minnesota.
