Todd Fenton, CEcD, EDFP, has extensive experience in city management and economic development, currently serving as Interim City Manager and previously as Deputy City Manager and Economic Development Manager for the City of Royal Oak, MI since May 2014. Prior to this, Todd held the position of President at Ellman Pike, LLC from May 2013 to May 2014, and worked for Wayne County, Michigan, from May 2005 to February 2013 in various roles including Senior Development Officer and Senior Executive Project Manager. Todd's legal experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for both Wayne County Corporation Counsel and Olympia Entertainment. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Film & Video Studies from the University of Michigan.
