Prior to this, Todd held the position of President at Ellman Pike, LLC from May 2013 to May 2014, and worked for Wayne County, Michigan, from May 2005 to February 2013 in various roles including Senior Development Officer and Senior Executive Project Manager. Todd's legal experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for both Wayne County Corporation Counsel and Olympia Entertainment.
