Laura Stokes

Laura Stokes has over 16 years of experience in urban planning and management, currently serving as Principal Planner for the City of San Juan Capistrano since July 2007. Prior roles within the city include Senior Planner, Housing Supervisor, Associate Planner, and Housing/Redevelopment Coordinator. Laura's career began at Russo's Pet Experience, where managerial responsibilities were held from September 2003 to June 2007. Laura Stokes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University Irvine, graduating in 2007.
