Carl Stewart

Carl Stewart has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Carl started their career in 2005, serving in the US Navy in various roles related to IT networking and satellite communications until 2010. In 2012, they joined Mission Essential Personnel, LLC as an IT Specialist. Later that year, they also started working for the City of San Marcos, initially as an IT Network Specialist. Over the years, they progressed within the organization, taking on roles such as Network Administrator, Lead Network Administrator, and Infrastructure Manager. Carl'smost recent position at the City of San Marcos was as an Assistant Director of Information Technology, a role they held from June 2018.

Carl Stewart completed their high school education at Sumter High School from 2000 to 2003. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012.
