April Talley

April Talley currently serves as Project Director for the City of San Rafael, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, April held several key roles at BRIDGE Housing Corporation from April 2020 to October 2023, including Director and Senior Project Manager. Earlier experience includes managerial positions at Charles Schwab as Manager of CRE Strategy and Analytics and at Fort Worth Housing Authority as Development Manager. April also worked at Better Housing Coalition as Project Manager and Asset Manager, and held a Business Analyst role at Klockner Pentaplast along with a Business System Analyst position at GE Healthcare. April Talley earned a Master’s of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University.
