Chase Evans

Chase Evans is a finance and project management professional with extensive experience in budget analysis and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Budget Analyst for the City of Santa Barbara since February 2021, Chase previously worked as a Project Analyst Level II at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where responsibilities included budget and schedule analysis for significant Martian projects. Additional experience includes managing substantial budgets at Azusa Pacific University as a Finance Assistant and interning in various analytical roles at BDO USA, LLP and Gallup. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Azusa Pacific University and has also studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
