Mike Cloonan has extensive experience in the surfboard industry and project engineering. Since 2007, Mike has served as the Owner, Designer, and Builder at Deep Blue Outfitter, where surfboard shaping began in 1993. Mike gained expertise in freediving and spearfishing in 2006. Additionally, as a Project Engineer I at the City of Santa Barbara since May 2005, Mike applies engineering skills to various projects. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Beatty Products from 1993 to 2005, overseeing production and retail operations, and serving as an Independent Sales Representative for SMOKN Ent. from 1999 to 2002.
