Stacy Ready

Stacy Ready is an accomplished public administration professional with extensive experience in municipal operations. Currently serving as the Assistant City Clerk for the City of Santee since September 2025, Stacy previously held the position of Deputy City Clerk at the City of La Mesa, CA from November 2021 to September 2025, overseeing municipal elections and managing vital city records. Prior to that, a tenure at the City of San Diego spanned from November 2001 to November 2021, where Stacy progressed through roles including Legislative Recorder II and Deputy City Clerk I, handling official actions and documentation for City Council meetings and contracts. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Teacher's Assistant for the San Diego County Office of Education and working as a Records Clerk at the San Diego Superior Court. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and completed coursework at San Diego City College.
