Bret Bell

Bret Bell has had a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Bret began their career as a News Editor at Durango Herald in 1996 and worked there until 2000. Bret then joined Savannah Morning News as a Reporter, where they stayed until 2006. In the same year, they started working for the City of Savannah, initially as the Public Information Director and later as Assistant to the City Manager. Bret'smost recent role at the City of Savannah is Chief Operating Officer, which they began in April 2021.

Bret Bell completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science at Colorado College from 1992 to 1996. Bret pursued further education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from Georgia Southern University between 2011 and 2013.
