James Pekar

James Pekar is a Project Manager in Capital Projects/Engineering at the City of Seguin, with previous experience as an Engineering Inspector and Senior Engineering Technician at the City of Conroe. Before that, James worked as a Field Engineer/Intern at HENSEL PHELPS. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Sam Houston State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Blinn College.
