Michael M.

Michael M. currently serves as the Director of Information Technology for the City of Solana Beach, managing all Information Systems and supporting various city departments. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple positions at California State University San Marcos, including IT Manager for Telephone Services and IT Consultant roles focusing on systems integration and helpdesk support. Michael's earlier experience includes a significant tenure as IT Manager for the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians, where responsibilities expanded from technical support to strategic planning and supervision of IT staff. Michael holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and an Associate of Science in Computer Science, all complemented by fire academy training.
