Nick Guilliams

Nick Guilliams is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of South St. Paul since February 2023. Previously, Nick held the position of Senior Project Manager and Associate at WSB from November 2015 to February 2023, and served as Principal Engineer at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities for a short period in 2015. Nick's background includes roles as Assistant City Engineer and later City Engineer for the City of South St. Paul and Engineering Manager for the City of Anaheim. Nick also has extensive experience as Director of Public Works/City Engineer for the City of Stanton, along with positions at Charles Abbott Associates, Inc. and the County of San Diego, where Nick progressed through several engineering roles. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, from 1998 to 2001.
