Marcia Davis

Marcia Davis is a Principal Engineer at the City of Spokane, where responsibilities include managing six-year capital programs for water, wastewater, and streets, as well as applying for loan and grant funding and developing design projects such as Broadway and Lincoln SURGE. Prior to this role, Marcia served as a Science Teacher at Balboa Middle School within the Ventura Unified School District from August 1999 to July 2004 and worked as an Associate Engineer at Boyle Engineering, focusing on design engineering for water systems, sewer, stormwater, and transportation projects across multiple locations including Ventura, Las Vegas, and El Paso. Marcia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Teaching Credential in Multiple Subjects with a concentration in Science from California State University, Northridge.
