Cara Parenteau, CRST, serves as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of St. Albert since June 2005 and has additional experience as a FCSS Project Associate and ESS Training & Volunteer Coordinator. In March 2024, Cara joined Grounded Contracting Ltd as an HSE Advisor. Cara holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Herzing College, completed in July 2021, and a Certificate in Secretarial Arts from NAIT, obtained in 1994.
