Joanne Graham

Joanne Graham has extensive work experience in information technology and business intelligence. Joanne currently holds the position of Director, Information Technology at the City of St. Albert since January 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Manager, Information Technology and Business Relationship Management at the same company since March 2021.

Prior to joining the City of St. Albert, Joanne worked as the Chief Information Officer at the City of Leduc from January 2018 to March 2021. In this role, they provided strategic leadership and direction, transforming the Corporate Information and Technology department to align with corporate objectives.

Before that, Joanne worked at the City of Edmonton as the Director, Strategic Business Intelligence Branch, Office of Strategy Management from July 2009 to November 2017. Joanne led the development of the business intelligence and analytics program at the Edmonton Police Service.

Earlier in their career, Joanne worked as a Consultant at EMI Ltd from January 2008 to July 2009, and as a Manager-Integrated Marketing/Business Intelligence and CRM, Project Manager at the Alberta Motor Association from October 1993 to January 2008. At AMA, they pioneered the enterprise data integration, business intelligence, and analytics programs for target marketing and customer relationship management.

Joanne Graham holds a BSc (honours) degree in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba. In addition, they have obtained a certification in ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2019.
