Joanne Graham has extensive work experience in information technology and business intelligence. Joanne currently holds the position of Director, Information Technology at the City of St. Albert since January 2023. Joanne Graham holds a BSc (honours) degree in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba. In addition, they have obtained a certification in ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2019.
