Shawn Varghese

Shawn Varghese is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on operations and systems within the public sector. Currently serving as Operations & Systems Engineer at the City of St. John's since January 2017, Shawn plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of city buildings. Previously, from August 2014 to December 2016, Shawn held the position of Manager of School Construction & Facilities with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, overseeing the annual school construction program and managing divisional staff and budgets. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador.
